The location was central close to attractions and transport links. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bathroom was large with a good shower. Guests could use a tea and coffee maker in the lobby at any time.

The bar charged EUR 4.80 for a EUR 1.50 can of Sagres I thought was overpriced. My room had hardly any natural light. The room lacked coffee and tea making facilities.

fantastic stay!

comfortable bed quality linen excellent choice fresh eggs

i found the bed comfortable. the bed linen was very high quality. everything i needed was available although the room was compact. the breakfast selection was excellent, and eggs were cooked fresh upon request.

The reception area is quite small. It can barely fit one person at a time.

underwhelming stay close to alfama

The location, i suppose, was fine. Near some places, not that it mattered much to me.

my room, i think they called it a 'superior double room view,' had a view of nothing. and i'm not talking a nice nothing, i mean a wall. they could at least put a picture of a beach on it to pretend they cared.

lovely stay in a fantastic location

convenient location really good service surprise brownie

I found the location convenient. it was easy to walk to many historical sites. i also appreciated the proximity to very good restaurants. the staff provided really good service. They were always friendly and accommodating. i particularly enjoyed the brownie offered on the first night. It was a nice surprise after a tiring day.

the reception area felt a bit cramped, making it difficult for more than one person to comfortably navigate at a time.
